PROFILE OF PROF. OMORUYI OSUNDE

Professor Omoruyi Osunde holds a BSc in sociology and anthropology, an MSc in industrial sociology and labor relations from the University of Benin, and PhD. in Economics from the University of Ireland, Galway. He also holds a post-doctorate at the University of North Texas in Denton, USA. He is currently the Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Benin and a member of the University of Benin governing council.  Osunde Omoruyi specializes in development studies.  He has made significant contributions in his area of specialization.
